Great Discounts on Disney Vacation Homes

Monday, April 27th, 2009

If you plan to travel to the Orlando area for your vacation, make sure that you look into Disney Vacation Homes. Disney Vacation Homes make for the most enjoyable vacation especially if you have a large family. The homes offer much more space than your average hotel (which is only about 400 sq. ft.) and much needed entertainment for family down time.

In a hotel you only have one television, but in a vacation home you have multiple televisions that way the kids can watch their favorite shows and the adults can watch theirs. Many of the homes offer pools which means that you will not have to fight through the hectic crowds that often gather at the hotel pool and if you don’t feel like eating out again, look no further because the homes all come with fully equipped kitchens so the next meal is not far away.

Disney vacation homes offer convenience and affordability. The homes are only 15 minutes from Disney and they are not located on the congested tourist areas and they can save your family money too because you have more space for more guests in the vacation home. There are no extra charges for extra people.

If you truly want to enjoy your vacation and not just endure, do your self a favor and look into Disney Vacation Homes.

Choosing a Kissimmee Vacation Home

Wednesday, April 22nd, 2009

If you want to find the best deal for your Kissimmee vacation home, then you must consider a vacation pool home. Most people think that Disney World is located in Orlando, but truthfully, it is located in Kissimmee which is about 30 minutes or so South of Orlando.

By staying in Kissimmee, you will save you and your family valuable time by staying in Kissimmee rather than Orlando. That’s really important when driving home after enjoying the theme parks all day long and everyone is tired.

For those that do not know what private vacation pool homes are, please let me explain. These are private homes that have been purchased by investors who are looking to turn a profit off of vacationers. The investors take the time purchase all the conveniences that someone would want while on vacation like patio furniture, televisions, plates, silverware, large home appliances, furniture, etc. Whatever you need at home, can be found in your vacation home.

What is so nice about a Kissimmee vacation home right now is the rates. With the downturn in the economy, this is a great time to get the most out of the family vacation. Homes which sold about $500,000 a couple of years ago can be rented now for anywhere from $125 to $175 per day. With these rates and all of the accommodations of home, this is just to good of a deal ignore when you are booking your Kissimmee vacation.

Disney’s Newest Ride Offers Orlando Vacationers a Bird’s Eye View

Friday, April 17th, 2009

The brain trust never sleeps at the Magic Kingdom. Disney launched their newest ride, Characters in Flight, last Friday in Downtown Disney. Yes, you read that right. Downtown Disney is the site for the new ride. Disney describes the ride as a “400 foot tethered balloon experience.”

With hot air balloon rides costing about $150 in the Orlando area, most people opt not to get a bird’s eye view Disney and the Orlando area. While Characters in Flight won’t take you as high or as far as a hot air balloon, the attraction will offer a much more modest price and will create the ‘feel good’ that Disney is known for. The ride is positioned over the water and should provide a great view for all of its guests. The location of the ride was crucial in that Disney officials did not want the ride to interfere with the regular operations at a Downtown Disney. So rather than doing dinner and a movie, you can now do dinner and a ride.

Get Cheap Orlando Travel for Large Groups with Disney Vacation Homes

Wednesday, April 15th, 2009

Whether you plan on traveling with your church youth group or your best friends, Disney vacation homes offer the most affordable and enjoyable option for your Orlando vacation.

Many people decide to cancel or put their vacation plans on the shelf for another year once they start looking at hotel prices in the Orlando area. Hotels can get quite expensive fast and often offer little value to justify their rates and the larger the group, the bigger the expense.

But did you know that there are other options to staying in Orlando that are right next to Disney? Not only are they in a great location but they offer great accommodations for vacationers. Say goodbye to over crowded hotel rooms.

With the average hotel room boasting a mere 400 sq. ft. per room, rooms can become quickly cramped and uncomfortable. This is certainly not an issue in a vacation home where the homes start at 1,200 sq. ft. and get much larger from there. With that type of square footage, everyone will be able to spread out and enjoy themselves. The homes can sleep up to 13 people too! As you can already tell, this will greatly reduce the cost for each member of your group.

The homes come with fully equipped kitchens (which also helps cut down on everybody’s food bill), tvs, furniture throughout, your own private pool, and so much more.

Disney Vacation Home Amenities

Friday, April 10th, 2009

Have you ever considered all of the amenities that you receive when you rent a Disney vacation home with a pool? Here is a short list of amenities that help will make your vacation a vacation to remember.

Your Own Pool: First off, you get your own swimming pool that comes with all of the patio furnishings that you would expect. That makes for a great spot for mom and dad to chill out while the kids are at play.

Great Eating and Big Savings:
All of the kitchens come fully equipped with dishes, silverware, pots, pans and appliances. This will help you greatly reduce your food bill while on vacation.

There is lots of room for everyone: Disney vacation homes offer four to five times the amount of space of your standard hotel room

Super Convenient: The homes are located less than fifteen short minutes away from Disney’s main entrance.

Laundry Facilities: All of our vacation homes come with laundry facilities just in case you need to get something cleaned.

Pricing for vacation homes are very competitive which is great for vacationers who want to enjoy the magic of Disney but want to do so in the privacy of their own vacation pool home.
