Terra Verde is a short 10 minute drive from Disney World, and the resort is very peaceful and quite, yet it is still close to all the major attractions. When you drive into the Terra Verde Resort the first thing you are going to notice is a grand clubhouse which offers guests the following amenities:

A front desk which is manned from 8 in the morning till 8 in the evening seven days a week. These guest service agents are willing to assist you in any way they can.

Great community swimming pool. The community pool is quite unique in that it is a zero restriction pool meaning it starts off at toe deep and slowly gets deeper the further you walk in.

Next to the pool is a great cabana bar which sells cocktails, beer, wine, coke products, hamburgers, hot dogs, and cold cut sandwiches.

Computer room complete with internet access. The computers are free for guests to use.

We currently offer three and four bedroom townhomes inside the Terra Verde Resort. The townhomes offer guests all the luxuries and extra space of a vacation home while still being priced below most hotels. All of our townhomes are owned by families who desired to own a vacation home near Disney World, and when they are not using it, they allow us to rent it out for them.

The three bedroom townhomes offer around 1,300 square feet of living space with a large open floor plan and all three bedrooms are upstairs. The kitchens are fully functional and have all the amenities to cook a grand feast complete with all pots, pans, dishes, silverware, a stove, coffee pot and a microwave. The three bedroom town homes in Terra Verde Resort offer a cute little terrace complete with a Jacuzzi which fits 5 people comfortably.

The four bedroom townhomes offer around 1,500 square feet of living space with a large open floor plan, and all a fully equipped kitchen. The four bedroom townhomes offers 2 master suites (one of them being downstairs) and two other smaller bedrooms. These units also come complete with a swimming pool.
